Refunds
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products or services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any concerns about a service provided by our beauty salon, please contact us to discuss the issue. We stand behind all our services and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
Packages Sales & Usage
1. Package Sale: Full payment for packages is required at the time of purchase.
2. No Refunds: All package sales are final, and Decodemode does not offer refunds on purchased packages. Exceptions to the no-refund policy will only be considered in the case of documented medical reasons that prevent the client from utilizing the services.
3. Two-Year Expiry: all packages purchased from Decodemode have a validity period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
4. Partial Usage Calculation: In the event that a package is partially used, the remaining unused services will be calculated based on the regular prices of individual services. The value of the used services will be deducted from the total package price, and the remaining balance will be allocated towards future services based on the current regular prices.
